I specialize in working with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, utilizing a therapeutic approach that is both holistic and client-centered. My practice integrates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to address the unique needs of each individual. By combining these modalities, I help clients develop practical tools to manage their symptoms, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivate greater emotional regulation and self-awareness. This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to the whole person, fostering healing and growth in a way that aligns with their values, strengths, and goals.  My mission is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly express their stressors, process past traumas, and reframe their thought patterns, leaving each session feeling empowered and ready to take on life’s challenges.
