Individual therapy can be long-term or short-term, depending on your needs.

Whatever you want to say, your therapist is there to listen and help guide you through it.

  • Anything discussed with your therapist during session is confidential, with very few exceptions. Our therapists follow strict professional codes of ethics and are fully compliant with HIPAA laws to ensure that your information and content remains private.

  • Individual sessions are typically scheduled for once a week. You and your therapist will create a schedule that works best for you, so you can attend your sessions consistently and make the most progress.
